APT Scrap Buyers purchases scrap material — including metal scrap (copper, aluminum, iron, steel, brass), e-waste, vehicle scrap, industrial scrap, office scrap, and batteries/UPS units — from individuals, offices, and businesses. Our service includes doorstep pickup, on-site weighing, and payment, subject to inspection and the terms below.
When you submit a request through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to provide accurate information about the material type, estimated quantity, pickup address, and contact details. Our team will confirm the pickup schedule with you before visiting.
Any price mentioned before an on-site inspection is an estimate only and is not a final, binding offer.
By offering material for sale, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the scrap or are authorised to sell it on the owner's behalf, and that it has not been obtained unlawfully. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any material we reasonably believe to be stolen, hazardous beyond our handling capability, or otherwise unlawful to trade.
We handle electronic waste and other regulated categories in accordance with applicable Indian environmental and e-waste management regulations.
We aim to honour the pickup date and time window confirmed with you. Timing may occasionally shift due to traffic, weather, or high demand, and our team will inform you of any delay. You may reschedule or cancel a pickup by contacting us in advance of the scheduled visit.
Photos you upload of your scrap material are used solely to assess quantity, type, and condition ahead of a visit, and do not constitute a final offer. The actual price is confirmed only after physical inspection and weighing.
You agree to provide our team with reasonably safe access to the pickup location and to disclose any known hazards associated with the material (for example, sharp edges, hazardous residues, or heavy items requiring special handling) in advance where possible.
While we take care in handling and transporting scrap material, APT Scrap Buyers is not liable for pre-existing damage to material, incidental property damage arising from normal pickup activity that is promptly reported and addressed in good faith, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
